Strong vibes is our signature, beat-driven strength training class. Using bodyweight, resistence bands, gliders, weights and cardio intervals, you'll get a full body workout designed to challenge and energize every fitness level.
NEW TO YOGA?
You don't have to be super bendy or know what Sanskrit is (an ancient Indo-European language of India) to do yoga. You just have to show up at one of our New Vibes classes or workshops. We'll take care of the rest.
