Do I need any prior experience?
No! Our New Vibes classes are beginner friendly. Our instructors will work with you to teach you everything you need to know to feel confident in your yoga practice.
What if I can't do all the poses?
Don't worry, we don't expect you to. We encourage each yogi to move at their own pace. If there is something you can't do, we provide lots of options to modify.
What do I need to bring?
What should I wear for yoga?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will allow you to move freely. Plan to practice without socks and shoes.
